A 6-month position (beginning Spring 2026) as Marketing Lead for a growing female founder network, The Foundry in the Cotswolds. The Foundry (launched September 2025) is a premier, female-focused business network designed for ambitious women to connect, collaborate, and grow.
The Foundry’s goals are to create a community where female founders can:
– Lead with confidence
– Scale with intention and
– Grow businesses that make a meaningful impact
Located in the Cotswolds and featuring events in Cheltenham, it provides workshops, support, and community to combat business isolation. Key partners include Malmaison hotels.

In this role, Alyssum is proud to build membership communities, support the growth of founder ecosystems, and develop strategic plans to launch new programmes or products.
The focus is on strengthening brand positioning, developing partnerships and building a sustainable membership growth strategy, while supporting the launch of new founder programmes and community initiatives.
The goal is to help establish The Foundry as a leading community for ambitious female founders in the Cotswolds.
